Nadine was born and raised in Pontypridd, Rhondda Cynon Taff and has worked in and around the creative and third/ charity sector for over 10 years

Beginning her creative career as a Youth Arts Practitioner within the charity sector, Nadine has loved working within the arts and creative industries since a young age, finding her love of drama and media at the age of 7. She went on to obtain her BA Hons in Performance and Media at university having studied modules such as: Applied Drama, Performance and Media Practice, Television and Radio Presentation and Fiction Film Making

As Director of Outreach and Engagement, Nadine has been on the Think Creatively Board of Directors since 2024, alongside being a Trustee for a local South Wales based Community Development charity – a position she has held since 2018

Nadine is passionate about helping others achieve their potential by helping them break down barriers and supporting them to succeed

Her strong career history in roles that support others demonstrates her want to help and champion young people and she takes the privilege of working with marginalised communities very seriously

Nadine is a huge advocate for not letting your situation or your background define who you want to be in your future and she thrives in supporting people to enjoy the things that they love
